Dog Bites Edge of the Sleeve (Towards the Hand, not Elbow)

Dog Bites Edge of the Sleeve (Towards the Hand, not Elbow)

To teach the dog to bite the center of the sleeve, we will use Opposition Reflex. We also need to separate re-attack from the guarding phase. The Handler will simply tell the dog to sit.

Lifting of the stick is the command to bite. When Tobias lifts the stick, the Handler pulls the dog to the left while Tobias moves the sleeve in the opposite direction making the dog miss – 03:06 sec.

Because the dog begins anticipating to be pulled to the left, she will overcompensate and try to bite more to the right, as a result, aiming at the center of the sleeve.
