Dirty Bark & Hold Introduction
Make certain that you at all times can control your dog. Always have the leash in case the dog makes a mistake.
If the dog is clean – the dog gets a bite.
If the dog is dirty then we need to provide a consequence – we pop the leash.
Having appropriate Markers is essential. If the dog bites – the Helper uses Negative Marker, and the Assistant with the leash provides a consequence.
If the dog is clean, the Helper uses a Positive Verbal Marker, and the dog gets reinforced.
