Trained by people who compete.
The Online Dog Training Academy is run by Tobias Oleynik – IGP competitor, coach and seminar instructor. Everything in the academy is what we do with our own dogs, filmed in real training, and what our students use to win on the world stage.

From the field to your screen.
We are not a training theory channel. We are a team of handlers who compete at national and world championship level – and who have coached students to the very top of the sport.
Tobias Oleynik has competed at German Championships and the World Championship, with one of the best obedience scores ever shown on a world stage. He teaches seminars around the world, from sport clubs to police and government units. Everything he learned on that road is in the academy: 86 courses and more than 500 training videos covering tracking, obedience and protection.
What makes us different is how we film. You don’t get a polished demo with a finished dog. You see our own dogs grow up in real sessions – the good days and the days where it went wrong – because that is where you learn the most.
“You do not have to learn the system. Use what you like and add it to your skillset.”
Tobias OleynikProven on the field
Our methods are tested where it counts: on trial day, under judges, at championships – by us and by our students.
Real training, filmed honestly
Young dogs’ development shown as it happens. Mistakes stay in. You see the fix, not just the result.
All three phases
Tracking, obedience and protection – from the first scent pad and the first grip to complete trial routines.
A team, not a channel
Own forum, own app, monthly live calls. Your questions are answered by the people who train the dogs in the videos.

Results as a handler – the foundation of everything we teach.
What our students have achieved
The best proof of a training system is not the trainer’s results – it is what the students do with it. These are titles won by handlers who train with us.
