Troubleshooting no OUT Out – Introduction​

Please consult Foundation Behaviors as a reminder. The concept is that you say Out and apply gentle leash pressure until the dog does, then the pressure goes away first, Positive Marker is used and the dog is reinforced.

The Helper can always assist by holding the slip lead when working with the dog. In this scenario, the Handler gives Out command and the Helper uses the leash as Negative Reinforcement.
